The process for finding new members for our fraternity is called recruitment. By this process, the fraternity evaluates potential members and selects those few who meet our standards. Once selected, potential members receive a bid or invitation to membership. Those who accept the invitation begin a period of brotherhood development as a pledge which culminates in Initiation to full membership. Although Sigma Phi Epsilon recruits new members year 'round, to be invited to join you must participate in Loyola's formal induction period known as Rush. Important Rush dates are displayed below.
